Delivery Information
We will do out utmost to deliver the goods within 28 days from processing the order. In no circumstances shall St Giles Traditional Weather Vanes be liable to compensate the customer in any way for late delivery or non delivery of the products. St Giles Traditional Weather Vanes shall be entitled to deliver the products in one or more consignments unless otherwise expressly agreed. Delivery shall be deemed to take place when the products arrive at the customers premises. If you have an important date by which you require the goods, please let us know.

Returns
The customer shall inspect the products immediately on delivery and shall within 48 hours of delivery notify St Giles Traditional Weather Vanes of any damaged goods, defects or discrepancies. The customer shall be deemed to have accepted the products if the customer shall have removed the products from their wrapping. Any damaged, defective or unopened products must be returned to St Giles Traditional Weather Vanes within 14 days of delivery. Before returning any products to St Giles Traditional Weather Vanes for whatever reason a return authorisation must be obtained and the returns procedures and conditions below must be followed.
Returns Procedure
In the first instance a returns authorisation must be obtained. Please call 01225 707466. The products must be adequately wrapped to prevent damage during transit with the returns details clearly marked on the outside of the package. If the product has been returned due to a fault, would you clearly label this fault.

Novacast do not accept liability for packages damaged during transit and proof of postage is not proof of delivery. The cost of return carriage is to be borne by the customer unless we have shipped the wrong goods.
